Titanium Alloys

CP Titanium & Titanium Alloys Grade 1 Titanium & Titanium Alloys Grade 1 is the softest titanium with the highest ductility, good cold formability which gives Titanium & Titanium Alloys Grade 1 an excellent resistance from mild to high oxidization.

CP Titanium Grade 2Titanium Grade 2 has moderate strength with excellent cold formability, weldability. This titanium also has excellent resistance to high oxidization.

CP Titanium Grade 4Titanium Grade 4 is a much stronger version of Grades 2 and 3 with cold formability and reduced ductility.

Titanium Grade 5/Titanium 6AL4VTitanium-6Al-4V is heat treatable and has high strength and ductility along with good weldability and fabricability.

Titanium Grade 6/Titanium 5Al 2.5SnTitanium 5-2.5 offers high temperature stability, strength, oxidation and creep resistance.

CP Titanium Grade 7Titanium Grade 7 is the most resistant to corrosion in reducing acids with physical/mechanical properties equivalent to Gr. 2. Grade 7 also has excellent weldability and fabricability.

Titanium Grade 9/Titanium 3AL2.5VTitanium-3Al-2.5V is a medium strength alloy with good weldability and cold fabricability for mildly reducing to mildly oxidizing media.Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Titanium Grade 19/Titanium Beta CTitanium Beta C is a heat treatable, very high strength alloy with good resistance to stress and corrosion in high temperature. Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Titanium Grade 5/Titanium 6AL4V ELITitanium-6Al-4V ELI has an improved ductility, toughness in air, and saltwater environments. Titanium 6Al 6V 2Sn/Titanium 6-6-2 Titanium 6-6-2 is heat treatable high strength alloy with lower toughness and ductility than Ti-6Al-4V and limited weldability. Titanium 10V 2Fe 3AlTitanium 10-2-3 is heat treatable, very high strength alloy with exceptional hot-die forge ability but limited weldability.Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Titanium 6Al 2Sn 4Zr 6Mo/ Titanium 6-2-4-6

Titanium 6-2-4-6 is a heat treatable alloy with excellent strength to temperatures as high as 450 ºC. Titanium 6-2-4-6 has limited weldability.
